As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will closely manage multiple and concurrent implementation projects from initiation through to delivery, and through to a ‘live’ state.
What you’ll bring?
- A strong ability to lead discovery sessions with customers to understand their pain points and business needs
- Ability to understand end-to-end product workflows
- A proven track record of understanding how end-to-end software implementations work
- A strong understanding of how software needs to be configured to meet unique customer goals
- Exceptional customer relationship skills focused on delivering maximum customer value
- Exceptional project management skills; Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Change management skills; an ability to help customers navigate change and new software implementation
Nice to Have’s:
- A background or strong understanding of the trades industry (construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping etc)
- Prior experience in utilsing trade management software
- Prior experience in the SaaS industry
What you'll be doing:
- Leading customer discovery sessions; understanding customers’ pain points and what the customer is trying to achieve, and then helping the customer configure the software to achieve these goals
- Becoming a ‘product expert’, understanding this company’s software product’s end-to-end workflows and features, and how that translates to each unique customers’ goals
- Keeping up with the latest new features added to this company’s software product offering
- Conducting training with clients to enable them on the different functions within the software and ensure their Go-Live readiness
- Managing Stakeholder relationships to ensure that each phase of a customer’s implementation is delivered on-time and to a high quality
- Consistently updating all internal and customer stakeholders on any progress and/or roadblocks to maintain alignment and transparency, while continually driving the project forward to meet established deadlines
- Proactively identifying and escalating customer risks
- Working alongside other ‘post-sales’ team members including other Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers, as well as cross-functional teams in the business
- Working as part of a growing, tight-knit Australian team with the backing and support of a large, US-based team
